A man from Exeter has accepted his guilt in Luzerne County Court for exposing himself and engaging in inappropriate discussions with a girl.
70-year-old Griffith Elias from Birchwood Estates confessed to unlawful contact with a minor before Judge David W. Lupas on Wednesday.
Elias was charged by the Wyoming Area Regional Police on Aug. 29, 2023, after purposefully standing unclothed at a window of his home and exposing himself to a girl.
According to police, it was discovered that Elias had previously sent inappropriate images of himself and had an improper conversation with the girl in August 2023.
Elias is set to be sentenced on July 2 and is currently out on $50,000 bail.
