Two individuals were detained in Prince Albert, Sask., after authorities claim a victim was attacked with a metal bat and had their possessions taken.
Prince Albert police stated the attack was reported early Thursday.
Police stated two individuals, wearing all black, attacked a victim with a metal bat connected to a rope, threatened them, and took their belongings.
Emergency medical services transported the victim to the hospital for a head injury.
A 16-year-old and an 18-year-old man who matched suspect descriptions were located by officers at a business in the 3300 block of 2nd Avenue West. Police apprehended both.
Both were scheduled for appearances Thursday.
